Accommodations
Each of our 3 rooms are beautifully decorated with antiques and "untiques". Pillow topped queen sized beds invite you. Lush bedding soothes you. All rooms have ceiling fans, window air conditioners, cable t.v.,Wi-Fi and full private bathrooms.
The Porch Room

Sweet dreams as gossamer blue, ocean greens and warm earth tones caress the senses. You awake to sun drenched streams of light dancing across the nearby front porch with views of butterflies and hummingbirds.
The Garden Room

Enveloped by fresh spring green and crisp white accents, a sublime rest is guaranteed in The Garden Room. Surrounded by two huge flower gardens overflowing with lush purples and greens, this room is a true gardener's delight.
The Attic Room

This room is just the "yummiest". Plush softness beckons you to forget about the snooze alarm and surrender to the quiet bliss of "sleeping in". The largest bedroom at Blue Stone Cottage, The Attic Room boasts upstairs views of evergreen treetops and billowy cloud filled skies.
The Gardens
Fifteen English style cottage country gardens surround the property. Meandering stone paths guide you on a walking tour of Monet inspired color infused gardenscapes and conversation spaces. Splashing koi entertain while you lounge sunning on nearby patios. The waterfall creates a zen soundtrack as you slip into a snooze on the napping porch or share a bottle of wine in the intimate gazebo. Weekend breakfast is served on the porch or patio weather permitting.

Sip a cup of "Blue Stone Brew" (my special blend) or your favorite mug of tea curled up in a cozy chair. Catch glimpses of Great Blue Herons, woodpeckers, an occasional red tailed fox and Bambi with his family as you take in the glorious views from the "morning coffee window".

RATES AND POLICIES

All rooms have a set rate of $125.00 plus NYS & Ulster Co. tax.

Room rates are based on double occupancy.
Check-in time is 4pm to 10pm.
Check-out time is negotiable.

Reservations
We require a two night minimum stay.

* Single night reservations may be accepted but there is a $25 surcharge per room.
All payments must be by check, cash or money order. We require a payment of $125 to secure your reservation as well as the balance paid in full upon arrival.
Please note:
We serve full breakfast on weekends and holidays and continental breakfast Monday thru Friday.
We will accept children over twelve as guests.
We cannot accept pets.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE.

Cancellations
All secured reservations will be assessed a $25 service charge per room if cancelled anytime up to two weeks prior to arrival.
If reservation is cancelled within two weeks of arrival, you forfeit
your deposit.
For holiday and/or multiple room reservations, we require three weeks notice to refund your deposit less the $25 service charge per room.
